1. How do I know my order status and tracking number?

After the order is shipped, we will change the status of your order to ‘shipped’.

 2. Can I make changes to my order?

If you would like to make changes to your order, Please leave a message to us on our web ASAP. Or send an email to sales@legendgadget.com. 

Please notice,once the order has been issued, you can't make any changes.

3. How do I contact Customer Service about my order?

4. Is there any other shipping methods?

We provide Economic mail for free shipping orders.

We also provide shipping services: EMS,DHL,UPS and Fedex. You only need to pay the different of shipping cost. Combined shipping cost of each 

order will be calculated according to the shipping weight and destinations. 

5. How to drop-ship with Legendgadget.com?

There are no additional charges.

Just order online the same way as usual, but add different shipping addresses.

We always check carefully (for fraud prevention) if the shipping address is different to the billing address, so if you are a new drop-shipping customer,

please make sure that your PayPal account is verified.

 

Shipping & Tracking FAQs

1. If I choose a ‘free shipping’ method. How would you ship them to me? 

Will I be able to trace my order? "

We ship freeshipping orders by Economic Post. Economic Post includes China post and Netherlands post. 

Order more than USD$15 will be shipped with tracking number by Economic post. 

Order less than USD$15 will be shipped without tracking number, it is suitable for low valuable products. 

2. I got a tracking number and a link. How can I track my order? 

Click and enter www.17track.net , You can see the following picture on the home page.You can check your tracking number here. 

3.I got a tracking number 'RGxxxxxxxxxCN', But I can't track anything. When the tracking information will be updated?

If you got a tracking number of 'RGxxxxxxxxxCN', mean your order was shipped via China Economic Mail.

Package will be shipped to Post Center in Beijing first. The destination and tracking information will be updated after the package arrives and

is scanned by the China Post. It always take 3-5 business days.

4. I tried to track the tracking number 'RSxxxxxxxxxNL'. Why the Origin is Netherlands, and the destination is Unknown?

If you got a tracking number of 'RSxxxxxxxxxNL', mean your order was shipped via Netherlands Economic Mail.

Package will be shipped to Netherlands Post Center first. The destination and tracking information will be updated after the package arrives and

is scanned by the post office. It always take 2-4 business days.

5. Why can’t I trace my order? 

If you do not see any tracking information, do not worry. Tracking information is available after the package is scanned by post Company.The 

packages are sent to Netherlands or Beijing first,so the tracking information will be updated in 2-4 business days after we ship out the goods. 

6. Why do I only see this tracking information? What does it mean? When the tracking 

information will be updated?

‘The item is pre-advised’ mean your package already arrived the post transit center in Netherlands/Beijing. Your package is ready to proceed to 

the destination country. More information will be updated when it arrived your country. Economic mail tracking updated is slow, but your parcel 

is on the way to you. Please wait in patient. 

7. My DHL order status is ‘shipped’, why I didn't receive my tracking number?

DHL packages are scanned in HongKong. We can get the tracking number on the second day.You will receive the tracking number on a day later.

8.I got a tracking number of EMS. I tried tracking the shipment,why it doesn't show anything?

Online tracking information is available after the package is scanned by post. 

You can track your shipping order 2-3 days later at www.ems.com.cn/english.html 

Payment FAQs

1.What payment our website accpet?

We accept Paypal and Credit/Debit Cards including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

2.How to pay with PayPal or Credit/Debit Cards?

You do not need to have a PayPal account before ordering from Legendgadget.com. 

There are two different ways to pay using PayPal. 

Shopping Cart Checkout (Need login)

1.Enter your shopping cart page,click after reviewing your items and prices. 

2.Then you need to Login or Create an account. (If you have logged in, you will skip this step.) Confirm all your shipping information then choose 

a shipping way. Click  to continue to checkout.

3.Log in to your PayPal account, or create a Paypal account through Visa Credit/Debit Cards if you don’t have one already. Please follow the 

instructions provided by PayPal and complete your payment.

Paypal Quick Payment (Do not need to login)

1.You can find a at the bottom right corner of the product's page. 

2. Click and enter the Paypal check out. Log in to your PayPal account, or create a Paypal account. Follow the instructions provided by PayPal and

complete your payment.

 

How to Use the Vouchers Code when shopping on the Legendgadget.com ?

1.Firstly,you need to login the Legendgadget.com,if you have not a legendgadget account yet,please Create An Account first.

2.After login the website,there is a  at the bottom of the web,click it,you'll find your Voucher Code,remember it,you'll use it later when shopping.

3.Then begin your shopping,choose the products you like,add to the cart.

4.Proceed to checkout if you pick out the items all you want.

5.Enter your Vouchers Code,and then click “OK”.

6.It will jump to a new page,you’ll find you are using your Vouchers code,and get a discount.

7.Rmember to choose a delivery address,delivery methods and agree to the terms of service,then,Click  the to pay for it. If it is a free order,then you just need to confirm the order.After that,you'll get an email from us to remind you done the payment.

8.If we shipped the package,you can get into "my account" to track your order. Click the "Details",you can get your tracking number.
